OKLAHOMA CITY – Saxum, an integrated communications firm offering public relations, marketing, creative and social media services, recently announced the promotion of Lindsay Laird to account director in the agency’s Oklahoma City office. In her new position,

Laird oversees a team of public relations professionals, provides strategic counsel and ensures clients receive high-quality, integrated communications that meet their goals. She has worked at Saxum since 2006 and previously served as account supervisor.

She is a graduate of Leadership Oklahoma City’s Linking OKC’s Young Adult Leaders (LOYAL) Class IV and served on the Greater Grads Summer Internship Program committee, which aims to build Oklahoma City’s talent base by connecting Oklahoma graduates with employers in the Oklahoma City area. Laird is also membership co-chair of PRSA-OKC and is a volunteer for the Central Oklahoma Humane Society.

Laird graduated magna cum laude from the University of Central Oklahoma with a bachelor’s degree in journalism/public relations.
